The Chief Minister praised a young man’s hair design during an informal interaction at a location not identified in a video uploaded on Tuesday, October 27, 2026.
“Excellent. The design is excellent,” the Chief Minister remarked, before asking whether such attractive styles were available in the village. The young man replied that they were.
The conversation then turned to whether the young man would take a part in a play the following day. A response in the clip referred to considering a small role, not having Bihu leave, and a health problem that he hoped to address over two days.
The Chief Minister also asked the young man what he was doing. The video does not identify the young man, the venue or the occasion of the interaction.
